Expanded Schwing SPT Line Mounts to Many Truck Models

SPT

Schwing SPT truck-mounted stationary pumps now include seven models with outputs to 118 cubic yards per hour. The SPT line is popular with contractors who want a maneuverable truck mounted line pump that can be easily positioned on the job site while servicing residential and commercial projects. Options range from 45 to 70 cubic yards per hour from twin cylinder, all-hydraulic pumps equipped with Schwing’s exclusive Rock Valve.

SPT models are self-powered with CAT diesel engines and easily bolt to a variety of truck chassis. Almost any truck can be utilized as long as it meets the required load capacity. Popular additions to the truck chassis are water tanks, toolboxes and decking for pipeline systems and clamp storage. Schwing provides a popular decking package for the SPT line including:

• SPT 500: 45 cubic yards per hour, 1100 psi pressure on concrete with up to 1.5-inch aggregate and 80 hp CAT diesel engine.
• SPT 750-15: 50 cubic yards per hour, 1100 psi pressure on concrete with up to 1.5-inch aggregate and 100 hp CAT diesel engine.
• SPT 750-18: 70 cubic yards per hour, 1100 psi pressure on concrete with up to 1.5 inch aggregate and 100 hp CAT diesel engine
• SPT 1000: 70 cubic yards per hour, 1100 psi pressure on concrete
with up to 1.5-inch aggregate and 139 hp CAT diesel engine.
• SPT 1000HP: 35 cubic yards per hour, 1450 psi pressure on concrete with up to ½-inch aggregate and 139 hp CAT diesel engine.

The SPT 500 is available with an optional Tier 4 CAT diesel engine.

ALL SPT models are equipped with dual shifting Rock Valves that provide low maintenance operation and long lasting wear parts. Fast cleanup of the valve requires less water than other valve types for faster turn around between jobs and more productivity. The open loop design of Schwing’s hydraulic system requires less horsepower for fuel-efficient operation. Owners report a quick return on investment because of low initial cost, low operating costs and high utilization.
