| The worldwide popularity of Schwing trailer pumps and further globalization of the company has resulted in new model designations which will be applied to all future trailer pumps. “This standardization streamlines manufacturing and communications as we ship pumps from the Atlanta factory throughout the world,” stated VP of Sales & Marketing, Brian Hazelton.
For 2008 the line-up of trailer pumps with new model designations include:
The returning mechanical ball-valve SP 88 with 25 cy/hr. output and 31 HP engine and SP 160 and 260 hydraulic ball-valve pumps with up to 70 cy/hr. output and 68 hp engines.
SP 305 transfer tube pump with 30 cy/hr. output and 48 hp engine.
The new SP 500 , SP750-15 ,SP 750-18 and SP 1000 with up to 70 cy/hr output and Long Rock Valve standard.
SP 1000 HP with 35 cy/hr output, high pressure Rock Valve™ and 133 hp engine
the SP 4800 with up to 106 cy/hr output and 384 hp engine and the record-setting SP 8800 with unprecedented 152 cy/hr output, 590 hp engine and up to 2,920 psi concrete pressure.
