SCHWING America is excited to announce several organizational changes that will aid us in better serving our customers and position us for future growth.
SCHWING’s sales organization has been restructured into two divisions as a more targeted approach to building customer relationships. Matt Donnelly, who has been in various sales leadership positions within SCHWING America for the last 18 years, will head the Western Division as National Sales Director – Western US and Canada. Gary Divelbiss, who joined SCHWING America last June after a long and successful sales and sales management career, will head the Eastern Division as National Sales Director – Eastern US and Canada. Matt and Gary will work closely together to lead our sales team in providing an enthusiastic customer-centric sales experience.
In addition to restructuring, two new employees were added to SCHWING’s sales team, further growing its exceptional sales force. Wes Watkins will oversee the Southeast as Regional Sales Manager, reporting to Gary Divelbiss; Wes brings over 17 years of construction industry sales experience into his new role. Kevin Burris will oversee the Midwest as Regional Sales Manager, reporting to Matt Donnelly; Kevin has worked in some aspect of the construction, manufacturing, and equipment industries for over 21 years.
A new Sales Operations Department was created to fully assist the sales team by providing sales and customer support in all aspects of order processing and fulfillment, as well as inside sales. Lisa Polanski-Dickerman will head this department as the Director of Sales Operations. Lisa has been with SCHWING America since 2006 and most recently has been the Manager of Sales Administration, bringing a wealth of experience to her newly expanded role.
We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Courneya to Director of Quality and Manufacturing. Paul has been with SCHWING for over 20 years, serving in leadership for over 10 years, including managing the Welding, Quality, and Testing Departments.
