Schwing SP 1000 Stationary Pump Offers New Features

Schwing has introduced a new SP 1000 stationary concrete pump with standard features designed for profitable, trouble-free pumping of concrete, grout and shotcrete. The newly designed chassis incorporates a lockable engine enclosure for safety and security. The addition of Schwing Control Technology (SCT) brings added efficiency to concrete pumping. The machine retains the proven twin-cylinder all-hydraulic concrete pump with Rock Valve.

Performance of the SP 1000 provides for up to 70 cubic yards per hour pumping concrete with up to 1.5” aggregate. Combined with pressure of up to 1100 psi on the concrete, allows the SP 1000 to meet most output and distance requirements. The unit can be ordered with either a Tier 3 (139hp) or Tier 4 (137 hp) CAT diesel. SCT provides electric stroke limiter actuation for concrete output control from the standard cable remote. SCT is based on CAN-Bus that ties components together through a central networking system and is a better way to control concrete equipment

Chrome liners add to longevity of the twin 7”x 39” material cylinders that are sequenced with a Long Rock Valve. A dual gear hydraulic pump operates the hopper agitator and oil cooler. The 112-gallon hydraulic oil capacity also promotes cooling and an all day 39-gallon diesel fuel tank provides convenience. While twin axles are standard, all Schwing SP models can be ordered truck or skid mounted.

Popular options include hydraulic outrigger legs, hopper vibrator, auto-greaser for the Rock Valve and radio remote.
