SCHWING STANDARD LABOR RATES:
(not to exceed 16 hours in any one day)
WORK LABOR: $175/HOUR
TRAVEL LABOR: $110/HOUR
Hold over and stand-by time apply at the above rates. All rates are subject to change without notice.
All personal (Meals, Hotel, Misc.) and travel (airfare, car rental, etc.) expenses will be charged at actual cost. Mileage will be charged at $1.00/Mile if a Schwing Service Vehicle is the choice for travel to customer site.
Before any work can begin, this form must be filled out and returned.
An invoice will be sent to you following the completion of the service. We reserve the right to request payment in advance.
By submitting this form, you understand and agree to contract of service charged at the rates listed.
